The Role
As a Water Hygiene Technician, you will be required to perform a range of water hygiene and legionella based duties such as asset servicing, pre-planned maintenance tasks, cleaning and disinfecting of tanks and pipework.
These services will be delivered nationally so travel will be a significant part of the role, and stop-outs will be required occasionally./
There is potential future progression within this role for development and upskilling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct asset servicing and pre-planned maintenance as required across various contracts across hospitals, schools, offices, commercial and industrial locations
- Deliver outstanding customer service out in the field to a range of clients
- Accurately document works and update digital job sheets
- Work in a safe and efficient manner, whilst adhering to current standards and legislation
- Work to and exceed departmental KPI’s
- Ensure clear two-way communication with the both office staff and other field team members
What We’re Looking For
- Water hygiene technician experience is preferable, but not not necessary as full training will be provided
- Able to deliver customer service excellence to our clients
- Accurate and detailed oriented
- Pragmatic and able to problem solve
- Proud of the work they produce
- A can do approach to the delivery of compliance services
