We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a 5* Holiday Home. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all guests enjoy a pleasant and welcoming environment. Hourly rate includes holiday pay.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of the holiday property
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring that all items are in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Please note there may be additional hours if willing to travel to other locations on other days.
