Vehicle Auction Operative – Job Vacancy
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Vehicle Auction Operative to join our team.
This role involves working within a busy vehicle auction environment, assisting with the handling, movement, and preparation of vehicles for sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moving vehicles safely around the auction site
- Assisting with vehicle check-ins and organisation of stock
- Basic vehicle inspections and condition reporting
- Updating vehicle information using internal IT systems
- Preparing & cleaning vehicles for auction and ensuring the yard is organised
- Supporting the smooth running of auction operations
Requirements:
- Basic vehicle knowledge or previous automotive experience is essential
- Basic IT/computer skills
- Full UK driving licence with a clean record
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good teamwork and communication skills
