Job Summary

Duties
- Manage the entire leasing cycle, including responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Utilize property management software to input data accurately, track leads, and generate reports.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and amenities to upsell available units effectively.
- Maintain organized records of all leasing activities, applications, and resident information through efficient data entry.
- Collaborate with the office team to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with prospects and residents to foster positive relationships.
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting available units and amenities through various channels to increase occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with property management software.
- Strong office experience with a focus on data entry and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in leasing or real estate is preferred; a background in property management is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize unit occupancy and revenue.
- Basic understanding of data entry procedures and office procedures is essential.
