The site administrator is an essential component to our warehouse teams, reporting directly into the General Manager and
playing a key role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring the site meets company standards and requirements. The
role is an exciting and varied opportunity to gain exposure to all functions within a fun, fast-growing company with great
career opportunities.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing site consumables, placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging
materials
- Reconciling accounts payable invoices
- Liaise with suppliers and manage queries
- Processing the weekly agency payroll, including reconciliation on rates, hours, and manager approvals
- Analysis of labour hours explaining key variances
- Month end support as required with opportunity to gain exposure to basic accounting principles
- Preparing and raising customer invoices
- Up to date records of site stock
- Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the operation and finance team
- General site administrator duties
- Supporting site engagement activities
- Coordinating uniform ordering and management
Key skills for the role:
Technical skills:
- Proficient in IT including MS Excel / Office
- Desirable – SAP experience
Soft skills & Experience:
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload, with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate drive, energy and a commitment to the continuous improvement of overall site performance
- Communicate effectively with all levels
- Flexible, with a can-do attitude
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working in a similar environment, ideally warehousing / 3PL
- Self-starter – able to manage the regular deliverables with the ad hoc and to identify where to invest more time for
the better outcome – without requiring step by step guidance
