What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up and operating CNC waterjet cutting machines
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Loading and positioning materials for cutting
- Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments where required
- Inspecting finished components to ensure quality standards are met
- Carrying out routine machine maintenance and keeping the work area clean and organised
- Working safely and following Health & Safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating CNC waterjet cutting equipment or similar CNC machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines in a busy production environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
