About This Role
A gentleman in his 30s lives at home with his family in Runcorn and has complex care needs, requiring dedicated 2:1 compassionate support to help him live safely and comfortably within his home environment.
In this rewarding role, you will support him within his home and community, promoting independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. Your support will help him enjoy a fulfilling life and meaningful moments, whether that’s spending time with family and friends, attending community activities, or engaging in everyday routines that matter.
Your responsibilities will include personal care, clinical interventions, and supporting participation in activities that enhance quality of life.
Evening and night shifts may involve bedtime routines, reassurance, and companionship, while remaining attentive to his needs throughout the night.
Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- Pet friendly – a dog within the property
