Days of work: Mon – Friday (5 Days per week)
Hours of work: 9am – 5pm
Areas of delivery: Northwest region
Salary: £27, 000 - £29,000 dependant on experience (Can increase to £31,000)

Due to continuous expansion, 3DT are looking for additional tutors to join our growing team. The tutors are required to deliver primarily classroom or remote training, supporting those who are 19+ to gain qualifications, confidence and employment opportunities. We work with highly vulnerable adults within the community and local support services/ charities and our key areas for delivery are within the Liverpool City Region, Warrington and Cheshire West and Chester.
3DT are looking for a flexible tutor who is able to deliver a number of our qualifications in areas such as Mental Health and wellbeing, Substance Misuse and Adult Social Care (up to level 3), Mentoring, Volunteering, Suicide Awareness, Support in Schools and Colleges and Counselling.

Key Job Role Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for face to face teaching sessions and be comfortable using a variety of assessment methods.
- Ensure the integrity of the training and assessment process for learners on all funded qualifications.
- Ensure teaching methods and learning checks are adapted to meet the needs of all learners in their individual settings.
- Monitoring and reporting on learner progress and agreeing development actions with learners and partners.
- Establishes, nurtures and develops relationships with key stakeholders and partners within services.
- Ensure documentation and systems are completed accurately in line with contractual external audit and internal procedures.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards; liaises with the Internal Quality Assurer and participate in standardisation and awarding body visits.
- Work with partners and the engagement team to closely identify additional training needs for partners / learners and drive forward.
- Follow safeguarding and Prevent policies and processes.
- Embed British Values and Safeguarding throughout delivery and interaction with learners.
- Embed maths and English throughout delivery.
- Embed CEIAG throughout delivery.

- Capable of working within a fast-paced environment, managing workload in line with changing priorities whilst communicating updates.
- Possess an understanding of the financial impact of delivering training and assessment, whilst always holding the learner and partner needs at the forefront
- Understand that the learner, partner, and quality comes first, with a drive to always achieve the highest quality service.
- Professional representation of self and 3DT at all times.
- Delivery locations may change over time due to contracts (North West).
