Duties may also include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, its surround.

Mobile Catering Supervisor working 32.5 hours per week, 52-week contract, on a 4-week rota working 2 weekend on and 2 weekends off .
Enhancements are paid for any weekend working .
