We are currently recruiting for an experienced senior healthcare assistant for night duties, one/two nights per week. Located in the stoke area of Plymouth we deal with a wide range of care needs.
The successful applicant will join our dedicated team who take pride in providing excellent care, ensuring that people are cared for with dignity and respect at all times.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the night.
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation to track residents' needs and progress.
- Communicate effectively with team members and healthcare professionals regarding any changes in residents' conditions.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the care home, adhering to health and safety standards.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate at least 6 months experience of delivering medication and taking responsibility of running shifts.
Night shift hours; Currently 2045-0715 with a possible change to 20.00 - 08.00
An enhanced DBS check is required as is the ability to prove you are eligible to work in the UK.
