Job Description
My Aerial Home, School of Aerial dance and Circus is looking for a talented administrator to work in this unique arts organisation. You will need experience scheduling classes, rotas and events. Be capable of leading a small team of studio assistants and dealing with our clients. This is an in person office environment and you will be an integral part of a small management team. You will need to share our values and understand this is more than a 10 - 6pm working environment.
You will need to learn the BSport booking system and understand aerial dance or have experience in dance training environments with an interest in education and production. You will need staying power as this is a fast paced fun working environment with everyday being a new and exciting experience.
Initially this will be a contract position with the possibility of it becoming a staff post. There will be an interview process and a 3 month probationary period.

A hand over and training will be given to the successful candidate. You may be asked to come in for a trial day to find out more about the job during the recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- An eye for detail
- Be personable and good with people.
- Excellent at problem solving and proactive.
- Design skills an advantage
- Knowledge of aerial and aerial rigging is an advantage or you have to be willing to learn and understand the discipline. A dance background/knowledge would help.
Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling the use of the space
- Managing children and youth subscription membership
- Rostering teachers and front of house staff
- Time table creation for professional courses
- Liaising with Social media team
- Liaising with our charitable partners
- This is both an arts administration role and a creative role.
The successful candidate will need to be trained in Bsport (our booking system) and able to use Google Drive, Excel, Word, and Canva or be willing to learn. They will also need to be willing to muck in and help out. This is a fun job with room to expand and develop the role.

Pay: £25,953.75-£32,000.00 per year
