G & E Commercials are looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic to join a target driven team repairing and maintaining an extensive range of HGV’s.
We are one of the largest second hand exporters in the UK.
The applicant must be hard working, punctual and a diagnostic problem solver.
To be successful in this role you will need to be/have:
· HGV licence is highly advantageous.
· 5 years previous experience within an LGV/HGV technician role or equivalent.
· Previous experience in a mobile role would be advantageous .
· Knowledge of typical maintenance work on commercial vehicles is essential.
· A team player.
· Good knowledge of all H S & E regulations.
· Flexible to meet the volumes of work that may arise.
· Good communication and organisational skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
Salary negotiable on experience.
We are looking for the real McCoy, someone who has experience working with a wide range of HGV trucks and is able to complete jobs at a quick pace.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
