We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Present compelling proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client expectations.
- Utilise company CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate sales reports.
- Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and network expansion.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights for strategic planning.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms for managing sales activities.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
