Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to lead our culinary and service team in delivering exceptional dining experiences in our Kitchen and Bistro Outlet here at the Courtyard by Marriott Sandy Park. In this role, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensure high standards of food safety and quality, and motivate your team to excel in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties
- Supervise serving activities across restaurant, bar, and banquetting areas
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management to foster a cohesive team environment
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and hotel policies at all times
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and build positive relationships
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and health regulations
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff, front-of-house teams, and guests
- Previous experience in restaurant management or barista roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
