Senior Early Years Educator / Team Leader
The Green Door Nursery is an independent nursery registered with Ofsted for 36 children a day. We provide small group sizes for children and work in small teams. We are proud to have served the local community for over thirty years.
We are looking for someone to join our management team working at a senior level leading and supporting rooms. The position will suit someone already working in a similar role or with experience of leading a team. The position is part room based and part working on the nursery floor.
- It is essential to have a recognised childcare /Early Years qualification at a Level 3 minimum or above.
- We expect you to have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
We are offering the successful candidate a competitive salary, 5.6 WEEKS annual leave, including the Christmas break when the nursery closes, £250 WELCOME BONUS payable at the completion of a successful probation period, free uniform, and the automatic enrolment pension.
We support our staff with their CPD. This is a full time role working 38-40 hours per week. Part time also considered. The successful applicant will be required to have an ‘enhanced’ DBS check. We are an equal opportunities employer.
