Location: Grays, Essex
Hours: Up to 56 hours per week (12-hour shifts where required, depending on workload)

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality HGV driver training to both new and existing candidates
- Guiding learners through their training journey with patience, encouragement, and professionalism
- Ensuring all training is delivered in line with industry standards and safety regulations
- Providing constructive feedback and support to help trainees achieve success
- Representing Robinson Training Services with professionalism and pride
What We're Looking For
- A motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A passion for helping others learn and develop
- A valid HGV licence and solid industry experience
- Previous instructor or teaching experience is advantageous
