Team Member / Future Supervisor – Rudono Pizza (Part-Time)
Location: North Walsham, Norfolk
Hours: Initially Fridays & Saturdays (with opportunity for additional hours)
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
About the role
We're looking for someone who wants more than just a part-time job.
Rudono Pizza is an independent sourdough pizzeria, and we're looking for someone to become a key part of the business as we continue to grow. Initially, you'll be supporting during our busiest Friday and Saturday services, but our goal is to train the right person to take on greater responsibility, eventually running services independently.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business and genuinely influence how it develops.
Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Preparing and serving food.
- Dough preparation and kitchen prep.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Opening and closing the business.
- Cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
- Cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Following food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Stock organisation and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Assisting with social media, marketing and promotions.
- Helping develop new ideas, products and ways to improve the business.
