Experienced Cold Section Chef required to join our award winning team assisting the duty chef to serve bistro style food in a busy seaside pub / restaurant, with strict adherence to health, safety and cleanliness routines. Section responsibilities include the preparation & service of snacks, sandwiches, vegetable dishes & desserts in a high paced busy kitchen. Shifts to include evening and weekend shifts. The candidate needs to be flexible, enthusiastic, and a team player. EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE & ENVIRONMENT IS ESSENTIAL
