By the end of 2026, we intend for Yorkshire Dental Suite to be the largest provider of Teeth in a Day in the United Kingdom. Nine surgeons are already building that with us. We are recruiting further, because the caseload already justifies it.
That ambition doesn’t stop at 2026. Over the next five years, YDS is growing into more sites and more locations, building market share city by city. A surgeon joining now isn’t joining a finished system — you’re joining a group built to keep expanding, with the room, and the reason, for you to succeed alongside it in the short term and the long term.
Requirement: a minimum of 50 completed full arch cases.
WHAT THE PATIENT JOURNEY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE HERE
Our central functions office markets Teeth in a Day and books the patient in — that’s their job, and it’s the only job they have. You see the patient on day one. The consultation, the assessment, the treatment plan is yours, from the first conversation.
From there, a dedicated treatment coordinator works with the patient to keep them moving forward — the admin, the scheduling, the questions between the consult and the surgery date — so that by the time the case reaches theatre, nothing has stalled and nothing has been left to chase.
On the day of surgery, you work directly alongside one of our in-house lab technicians, using a fully digital workflow — iCAM and photogrammetry, run the same way at every one of our clinics — so the prosthetic is designed and produced on-site, chairside, to the most current digital protocols available. Nothing is couriered in from an external lab, and nothing waits for a second appointment. Surgery and restoration happen in one continuous, same-day sequence, under one roof.
Wakefield connects you to a strong, underserved catchment across West Yorkshire, with room in the diary to grow into it.
WHAT THAT’S WORTH TO YOU
Pay is a percentage of case value. Every case you complete adds directly to what you earn — there’s no day rate ceiling quietly capping your output, and no cap on how many cases a week you can be scheduled for if you want them. Surgeons in the group are earning £25,000–£50,000 a month, translating to an OTE of £300,000–£600,000 as a self-employed associate, driven entirely by the hours and cases they choose to take on.
