Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are met.
- Support food safety protocols by maintaining cleanliness and proper handling of ingredients.
- Help manage daily kitchen operations, including organizing ingredients and equipment for efficient workflow.
- Contribute to team management by collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent service and uphold high hospitality standards.
- Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating leadership qualities, such as supervising junior team members when needed.
- Participate in food production tasks, ensuring timely delivery of dishes during busy service hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production, cooking, or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated supervising or team management experience within a culinary or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Passion for food preparation, culinary arts, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and leadership.
- Prior experience in hospitality or serving roles is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
