We are searching for a Production Supervisor to manage our end-to-end Arancini production from our SALSA approved site in Stroud.

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Production Supervisor to work alongside our established team. You will have a passion for people, exceptional quality food and always be willing to go the extra mile as it is all hands-on-deck working with a small, growing business. The role will include taking charge of our Arancini production, from physically making it, checking quality and managing the delivery process.
This is a busy role and very hands-on and we need someone reliable and hard-working.
Key Responsibilities
Daily management mainly of our Arancini range
Preparing recipes and physical production
Preparing equipment and work areas
Helping to meet daily production targets and deadlines
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Following food safety, Health & Safety and company procedures
Assisting with stock and ingredients
Checking and maintaining quality
Ensuring stock is ready for despatch and managing the delivery process.
Working closely with other members of the team and our founder.

Experience
Previous kitchen, food production or similar experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential as full training will be provided. You must be a foodie and passionate about quality.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week
