Production Operative – Entry Level

For this particular role we are looking for Production Operatives, within a manual food manufacturing role. The role involves frequent lifting and transporting bags up to 25kg in weight. All training will be provided.
We want to show the world what we can do, and we enjoy doing it!
We are looking for colleagues to start in our facility in 2026. Although we are currently operating a day shift, we will be moving to a shift pattern and all applicants need to be flexible around a day (8am-5pm), morning (6am-3pm) .
Due to the location of this role we require people who would be able to drive/walk or cycle to site.
All colleagues that join Gel Systems Ltd are subject to background screening including DBS check.
