Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipmen
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working space
- Help with basic site tasks such as digging, mixing materials, or moving debris
- Ensure all site activities comply with project specifications and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks and progress
Requirements
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card demonstrating health and safety training
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures
- Prior experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates
