Hours: 25 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 7:30am-9:00am
- 2:00pm-6:00pm
Salary: £17,500-£19,000 per year
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round (Term Time Only considered)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Wraparound Care Settings Manager to lead one of our wraparound care provisions in Bicester.

As a Wraparound Care Settings Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy breakfast and after-school club.
- Creating a safe, fun, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
- Planning and delivering a varied programme of age-appropriate activities.
- Leading, supporting, and motivating your team to deliver outstanding childcare.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues.
- Managing daily registers, attendance, and operational administration.
- Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, welfare, and behaviour procedures are followed at all times.
- Managing resources and equipment to ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Supporting the quality and continuous improvement of the setting.
- Acting as the main point of contact for parents and the school.
What we're looking for
- Experience working with primary-aged children.
- Previous experience within a childcare, wraparound care, or school setting.
- Experience leading or supervising a team is desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, energetic, and child-centred approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding and providing outstanding care.
- A full UK Driving Licence and access to transport is preferred.
