Job Type: Permanent part-time position (day shift). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

What you will be doing
· Providing excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships.
· Serving customers and handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Replenishing stock and maintaining high merchandising standards.
· Keeping the store clean, safe and well-presented.
· Completing routine operational checks and following company procedures.
· Working independently and as part of a team to support store success.
What we are looking for

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good organisational and time management skills.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
· A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
· Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
