Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and coordinate all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift
- Supervise and motivate staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, bartenders, and support staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Oversee food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Manage food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and compliance with health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Train new employees on service standards, safety procedures, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food production processes, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Experience in serving and food preparation across various culinary styles
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Familiarity with restaurant operations management software and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest service excellence
- Previous experience in kitchen or culinary roles is highly desirable, including barista experience or bar management knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
