Job description
A unique opportunity has become available for a ambitious and dedicated Senior Support Worker with experience in leadership, to join a well established team within Coed Du Hall Ltd, overlooking a small 5 bed service. The role will be assisting in the day to day running of the service supporting service users to achieve their desired outcomes. The successful candidate will become part of a larger multi-disciplinary team and will receive ongoing, consistent support to maintain the high standards already in place at the service. As a fast growing organisation, Coed Du Hall Ltd pride themselves on supporting staff progression and growth. Joining a large organisation where robust processes and procedures are already in place, the successful candidate will be fully supported to become familiar with these.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour
