OVERVIEW
AYAZ is a modern Turkish restaurant and bar located in Finnieston, Glasgow. We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Front of House Team Members who are passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using handheld ordering devices.
- Ensure guests receive attentive service throughout their visit.
- Maintain excellent menu knowledge and confidently make recommendations.
- Prepare and maintain restaurant tables to company standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all customer-facing areas.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Follow company procedures and service standards.
- Support colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and professionalism.
- Prepare and serve coffees, teas, soft drinks, cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to company standards.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of AYAZ’s drinks menu, including signature cocktails and mocktails.
- Previous barista or bar experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your skills and succeed in the role.
