Holiday Inn Express Wigan are looking for a Night Auditor/Night Duty Manager to work 4 x 10Hr shifts per week, working on a 4 nights on, 4 nights off basis.
Being a Night Auditor/Night Duty Manager means being the person who makes our guests feel welcomed and pleased with their choice of accommodation. It means taking and showing pride in your hotel and delivering a great guest experience consistently. As a Night Auditor/Night Duty Manager, you may be the first person a guest encounters at our hotel so you’ll need to be friendly, professional and confident. Being in charge of the hotel of a night, you’ll be responsible for the hotel and guest's health & safety, security, fire evacuation in the event of an emergency and will be the person a guest turns to if they have any concerns or complaints. Night Auditors/Night Duty Managers are the beating heart of our hotel and get involved in everything from taking reservations, checking guests in, responding to guest telephone calls & emails, running nightly computer audits, compiling statistics/spreadsheets, serving at the bar, preparing breakfast service before our chef's come in and ensuring our housekeeping and maintenance teams are aware of any issues.
