Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
- Gather and analyse catering system business requirements, assess project feasibility, formalise standard business requirements, and communicate with China-based R&D teams for enquiries and follow-ups. 收集及分析餐飲系統業務需求，評估項目可行性，整理及制定標準化業務需求文件，並與中國研發團隊溝通協調，跟進技術查詢及項目進度。
- Manage catering business systems independently, provide on-site staff training, resolve daily system issues, and submit optimisation feedback. 獨立管理餐飲業務系統，為門店員工提供現場系統培訓，處理日常系統故障及技術支援，並提交系統優化建議，以提升營運效率。
- Manage AI voice platforms, write business prompts, and configure bespoke voice customer service systems. 管理 AI 語音平台，撰寫業務提示詞（Prompt），並配置及部署客製化 AI 語音客服系統。
- Set up basic store network, diagnose and fix hardware, internet and system connection errors. 負責門店基本網絡架設，包括路由器、交換器及終端設備設定，診斷及排除硬件、網絡及系統連線故障，確保系統穩定運作。
Job Requirements 职位要求
- Fluent in Standard Mandarin and able to communicate in conversational English for day-to-day business purposes. Knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage but not essential. 精通标准普通话，并能使用英语进行日常商务沟通。懂粤语者优先，但非必要条件。
- Basic practical IT capability, able to complete basic network setup and resolve common internet connection faults. 具备基本的IT实操能力，能够完成基础网络设置并解决常见的网络连接故障。
- Strong logical reasoning, good at requirement sorting, with solid cross-team communication skills. 逻辑思维严密，擅长梳理需求，具备扎实的跨团队沟通能力.
Practical experience using Twilio; basic AI development knowledge is advantageous. Candidates only need basic awareness of Python, Function Calling and customer service Agent building, no advanced technical expertise required. 具备 Twilio 使用的实践经验者优先；拥有基础 AI 开发知识者更佳。候选人仅需对 Python、函数调用（Function Calling）及客服智能体（Agent）构建有基本了解，无需具备高阶技术专长。
