Are you a motivated Property Surveyor looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can make an immediate impact?
East Hampshire District Council is seeking a Property Surveyor to join our friendly and ambitious Property Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a diverse portfolio of operational, commercial, community and investment assets while supporting key projects and helping prepare the Council for Local Government Reorganisation.
No two days are the same. From estate management and landlord & tenant matters to acquisitions, disposals and strategic asset reviews, you'll play an important role in delivering professional property services that support our communities and corporate objectives.
