Greenkeeping Apprentice — Alton Golf Club
Alton Golf Club, a member-owned golf club set in the Hampshire countryside, is looking for a Greenkeeping Apprentice to join our grounds team.

- Gaining hands-on knowledge of turf management, soil science, and course presentation through the seasons
- Supporting special projects such as renovations and course improvements
What we're looking for
- A genuine interest in golf course maintenance, horticulture, or the outdoors
- Willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in all weathers and as part of a small team
- No prior experience necessary — full training provided
What we offer

- Hands-on mentoring from our greenkeeping team
- A supportive, friendly working environment at a well-established club
