We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of performance, driving business objectives, and supporting staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve organisational goals.
- Manage daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct supervision and appraisals.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
- Promote health and safety standards across the workplace.
- Manage risk and implement appropriate control measures.
- Monitor and improve service quality through audits and feedback.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Build positive relationships with customers, clients, staff, and external partners.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Represent the organisation at meetings and events when required.
Requirements
- Previous management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing teams and performance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
