Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our fun, ambitious and down-to-earth team in Whitwick.

The role
This is a varied, fast-paced and people-focused role where no two days are the same.
You’ll be working across both sales and lettings, building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants and helping guide them through their property journey from start to finish.
You’ll be involved in:
- Negotiating sales and lettings
- Conducting property viewings and valuations where appropriate
- Managing buyer, seller, landlord and tenant relationships
- Following up enquiries and generating new opportunities
- Progressing sales and lettings through to completion
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day estate agency activity
- Delivering the high level of customer service Maynard Estates is known for
About you
We’re looking for someone with proven estate agency experience who is confident, enthusiastic and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You’ll be someone who:
- Has experience in estate agency sales and/or lettings
- Is confident, personable and naturally good with people
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Is organised, proactive and conscientious
- Has energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Knows the local property market and surrounding area
- Works well as part of a team but is also confident working independently
- Wants to develop their career within a growing business
- Has a full UK driving licence
