Groundworker (Spalding)
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Groundworker for a drainage project based in Spalding, starting 15th June 2026.
The role will involve general drainage works on a civils and infrastructure project, and we are seeking candidates with proven drainage experience and the relevant tickets to work safely and effectively on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Drainage installation and repair works
Excavation and trench preparation
Laying pipes and associated drainage infrastructure
Backfilling, compacting, and reinstatement works
Working around existing utilities and services safely
General groundworks and civils duties as required
Essential Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Dumper and Roller tickets CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo)
Proven experience in drainage works on civils and infrastructure projects
Good understanding of site safety procedures
Ability to work as part of a team and follow site instructions
