Internal Sales & Lead Generator

At Hunters 4 Staff, we're working with a well-established and growing UK manufacturing business to recruit an Internal Sales & Lead Generator. This is a practical, people-focused role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and helping a business grow from the inside.
You'll be part of a supportive team, working closely with sales and production across several manufacturing divisions.
What you'll be doing:
- Generating new business leads and sales opportunities
- Contacting prospective customers by phone and email
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Following up quotations and incoming enquiries
- Working closely with sales and production teams
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
What we're looking for:
- Confident communicator with a positive, professional approach
- Strong telephone and email skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets
- Organised, proactive, and reliable
- Previous sales or lead generation experience preferred
- Manufacturing or engineering knowledge is helpful, but not essential
