Minors & Brady are seeking a Lettings Property Manager to join our growing, independent estate agency. Our award-winning team provides clients with a personal, approachable and highly professional service across our network of five offices in Norfolk and Suffolk.

- A confident problem-solver, able to think quickly, act decisively and provide solutions that balance the needs of both landlords and tenants.
- Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships, with an ability to communicate effectively, manage expectations and influence outcomes positively.
- Able to understand, implement and adhere to lettings legislation and compliance, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and responsibly.
- Agile and adaptable, capable of managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and handling challenging situations with resilience and professionalism.
- Business-minded with the confidence to take a creative approach to problem-solving and to contribute towards the department’s performance and income.
