As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our key accounts and help drive continued success.
Job Description
This is a varied role combining sales administration, account management and customer support. You’ll manage key customer accounts from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a smooth process and building strong, long-term relationships.
Key Skills
Essential
- Previous experience in sales administration, account management, or customer service
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- A proactive, positive and team-focused attitude
Desirable
- Experience with stock control or ERP systems
- Knowledge or interest in outdoor clothing/products
- Additional languages
Main Responsibilities/Tasks: Control key customer accounts
- Managing and developing key customer accounts
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
- Processing orders from enquiry through to delivery and follow-up
- Maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts
- Coordinating with sales reps, warehouse and technical teams
- Monitoring stock levels for key accounts
- Handling returns and resolving customer queries
- Keeping accurate records using internal systems
- Attending occasional trade/retail shows
Person Requirements
Candidates need to enjoy working in an informal and busy atmosphere as Keela expands to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
- You will be a great communicator with good inter-personal skills, including strong organization and co-ordination skills.
- Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- IT literate
