About us
Wellbeing Care Solutions Ltd is a Walsall-based care provider supporting people to live safely and independently. Our service and care staff operate around the clock in the community, so the coordination behind them must be accurate, calm and reliable.
We're a small, close-knit team. You'll be joining an office where people back each other up, and where the work you do has a direct, visible impact on the people we support.
The role
As Care Coordinator you are the link between our service users, our care staff and our management team. You'll own the rota, make sure every visit is covered by the most appropriate person, and be the first point of contact when things change at short notice, which in Care they do.
This is an office-based role at our Walsall office. Occasionally you may be asked to provide hands-on support in the field or be the designated-on call contact where the service needs it, so a caring and flexible attitude is essential.
