We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our day shift care team for 30 hours per week across two or three shifts per week with paid breaks. You must be committed to providing high quality, person centred care and creating a 'home from home' for our residents.
Northlands Care Home is a dual registered home of 39 beds providing nursing and residential care to older people in Northumberland.
Northlands is part of Parkside Care which is a small family owned care home operator based in the North East of England. We want someone to join the Northlands family to lead our dedicated staff team to provide the best possible care for the people who live with us.

Responsibilities:
You will supervise and instruct the care team and take responsibility for the clinical and personal care needs of our nursing residents during your shift, ensuring that we are delivering high quality, person centred care.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the best possible care. You will also have the following characteristics:
- Registered Nurse with current Pin
- Passion for meeting the nursing care needs of our elderly client group
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, residents and their families
- Team player with leadership skills
- Participate in all Mandatory Training Programmes
- Satisfactory DBS check and two references
Hours of work: 2-3 shifts per week - 8am to 8pm on a rolling rota to include some weekends.
