Junior / Assistant Surveyor
Are you a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to join a rapidly growing family-based construction company who work with major clients across the West Midlands and surrounding areas in a role offering ongoing training, the chance to work on a variety of different projects, and a range of progression opportunities as you develop?
We at TMA are a well-established, family-based construction company who work on varied and exciting projects across a range of industries. Since our establishment approximately 6 years ago, we have experienced continual growth and are now diversifying into new areas, due to this growth we are looking for a new Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
This is a varied role where you can further your experience as a Quantity Surveyor and support to develop your character and confidence within the industry. You will work closely within the tight-knit team of Surveyors and contract managers and have the opportunity to undertake site visitations and liaise with other departments, site managers and external contractors as you work on a diverse range of projects.
We are known for looking after and progressing our employees and as such are looking for someone that we can mould into a future leader within the business.
This position would suit a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to work for a company offering ongoing progression opportunities and training to help further your career.
The Role:
Work on varied projects
Site visits
Liaising with clients
Liaising with customers
Preparing Quotations
Negotiating Tenders
Reading Drawings
Specialist training provided
Mixture of office based and site based
The Person:
Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor or similar
Full Driving Licence
Must have their own vehicle initially during probation period - Fuel Allowance
Salary – To be discussed dependant on experience
