Job Title: Property Maintenance Supervisor
Start: ASAP –Directly Employed
Location: Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion
Your new role
As a Property Maintenance Supervisor you will be will be accountable to the Property Maintenance Operations Manager for successful delivery of all aspects of your assigned projects. You will be required to provide support across several allocated sites.
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Identifying, implementing and complying with applicable safety, environmental and quality standards, company procedures and policies and other relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
- Managing the performance of and taking responsibility for the delivery of a small portfolio of projects
- Applying the Company project controls standards and developing, maintaining, reporting and trending an accurate project baseline
- Maintaining a project team containing all the resources required to successfully deliver the project
- Leading and coaching the project team members creating a positive team working environment
- Identifying and assessing risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies
- Managing assigned projects from concept to close out and maintaining effective integrated project execution strategies and plans
- Implementing and maintaining effective communication to the project team
- Controlling scope and cost to the agreed project baseline
- Maintain regular involvement of and communications with the Management Team
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Experience of executing most of the project management competencies by managing a number of complex projects
- Good understanding of the needs of quality and how quality is assured and controlled along with relevant experience of commercial, contractual and financial project drivers
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to develop relationships and maintain effective networks and be results-focussed tempered with a team-centred approach
- A strong conflict manager with a firm and assertive approach but take the analytical approach with a “can do” problem solving ability
Qualifications and skills needed:
- 3-day Fist Aid (Desirable)
- SMSTS/SSTS
- CSCS Card Holder

Please note you will be required to rotate around sites throughout Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire.
