The Role
You will be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. This is a varied role that includes:
- Front of House: Taking orders, serving drinks, and clearing tables with a friendly smile.
- Behind the Scenes: Simple food prep, washing up, and maintaining 5-star hygiene standards.
- Team Support: Assisting with stock checks and ordering to keep the café running smoothly.
About You
We are looking for a "people person" who genuinely loves quality food and the environment. You should be:
- A Team Player: Ready to jump in wherever needed and support your colleagues.
- Reliable & Punctual: Someone we can count on during our busy market-town rushes.
- Eager to Learn: You don’t need a long CV in hospitality (though it helps!), but you do need a great attitude and attention to detail.
- Resilient: Able to keep your cool and stay energetic under pressure.
