The Senior Manager Learning & Organisational Development is responsible for developing and managing a professional, innovative and impactful L&OD offer that supports organisational capability, performance and workforce development.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the design, delivery and evaluation of strategic L&OD initiatives that support organisational priorities and business objectives.
Developing and implementing talent management frameworks and strategies that support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational capability.
Designing and embedding leadership, management, talent, coaching and onboarding programmes that drive engagement, capability and cultural change.
Acting as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on organisational development, learning strategies and people development challenges.
Building strong partnerships across the organisation to ensure learning interventions are aligned to business need and deliver measurable outcomes.
Leading and managing organisational development and change initiatives, acting as a positive and influential change agent across the Agency.
Managing relationships with external learning and development providers to ensure high-quality, value-for-money solutions.
Promoting a culture of continuous learning, innovation and improvement across the organisation.
Leading and developing team members to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused L&OD service.
Demonstrating and embedding Homes Englands values and behaviours, contributing to an inclusive and positive working culture.
