We are looking for a bright and hardworking, customer focused individual to join our Fitness team in the Health Club. The ideal candidate will be looking for an opportunity to put their Customer Service skills and cleaning expertise to good use.
As a leisure attendant/healthcub cleaner, you will help and supervise visitors, members and hotel guests using leisure facilities. In this job you will need to be very aware of health and safety issues, and you will also deliver excellent customer service at all times.
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Greeting members enthusiastically and handling any queries in a helpful and professional way
- Keeping membership information,class bookings,scheduled classes and activities well organised
- Completing the new member journey of a membership sign up,completing a short tour of the health club and explaining all necessary information.
- Ensuring the high standard of cleanliness of the Health Club is maintained at all times as per audit
- Liase with all other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless service
- Covering Health Club Reception Desk
- Support the whole team in all areas of the operation
- Up selling Memberships and leisure retail
- Ensure all Pool sample water testing is carried out every 4 hours throughout the day and maintaining standards
