Job Summary:
Senior leadership role responsible for shaping learning and development strategy across the organization. Focused on building strong talent capability, improving performance, and driving continuous learning culture.
What you’ll do:
- Lead corporate learning and development strategy
- Design and implement training and leadership programs
- Build frameworks for upskilling and talent growth
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce development needs
- Oversee L&D budgets, vendors, and training delivery
- Measure impact of learning programs on performance
Requirements:
- Experience in Learning & Development or HR leadership roles
- Strong background in training, talent development, or organizational learning
- Ability to design and deliver scalable learning programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience preferred but not strictly required
