Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory (SRTA) helps organisations navigate uncertainty, unlock growth, deliver complex transactions and lead large-scale transformation. Our services span strategy, risk, transactions, M&A, value creation and advisory, helping clients address some of their most important opportunities and challenges.
This is a unique opportunity to join the SRTA Transformation team and help turn strategic ambition into practical, people-centred change. We have two roles available: one aligned to M&A and one aligned across Risk, Regulation & Financial Crime (RFR) and Financial Services Conduct (FFC).
Working closely with senior leaders and teams in the relevant business area, each role will play a visible part in embedding AI and wider transformation priorities into day-to-day work.
-
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and teams, translating central plans into clear local action.
-
Drive adoption of AI, systems, delivery tools and new ways of working, making change relevant and manageable for practitioners.
-
Bring practical change leadership, commercial awareness and the confidence to move between strategy, delivery and hands-on support.

Connect to your opportunity
SRTA is investing in a significant transformation agenda across AI, delivery transformation, systems, location strategy, monetisation and new ways of working. We are looking for two experienced Senior Managers / Assistant Directors from SRTA to be embedded in the business and help turn that ambition into practical, people-centred change that lands in day-to-day work.
These roles will sit close to priority business areas (one in M&A and one across RFR/FFC), working with L3 leaders, partners, directors, programme teams and local champions to translate central plans into clear local action. The focus is simple: help teams understand what is changing, why it matters, what they need to do differently, and how to adopt new tools, processes and behaviours with confidence.
You will bring structure, energy and pace to complex change. The role will suit someone who understands how the business works, can build trusted relationships quickly, and is comfortable moving between strategy, practical delivery and hands-on support.
What you will do
Embed change in the business
-
Translate SRTA transformation priorities into practical local adoption plans for aligned business areas.
-
Work with L3 leaders and teams to agree the right rollout approach, sequencing, risks and support needed.
-
Help teams adopt AI, systems, delivery tools, standardised workflows and new operating practices in day-to-day work.
-
Make change activity feel clear, manageable and relevant for practitioners, not theoretical or centrally imposed.
Build local ownership and sponsorship
-
Act as a trusted partner to L3 leaders, partners, directors and local transformation leads.
-
Equip sponsors to lead change visibly, reinforce key messages and address local barriers.
-
Build and activate local change networks, champions and early adopters to support rollout and feedback.
-
Surface adoption risks, competing priorities and leadership decisions early, with clear recommendations.
Drive adoption and behaviour change
-
Design and deliver targeted interventions that help colleagues use new tools and ways of working confidently.
-
Partner with communications, learning, product, systems, operations and delivery teams so activity is joined up.
-
Support pilots, early access groups and phased rollouts, using feedback to improve before wider scaling.
-
Help teams move from awareness to sustained use, with reinforcement built into team routines and leadership cadences.
Provide insight and evidence
-
Track readiness, adoption, engagement, risks and barriers within aligned business areas.
-
Use data, stakeholder feedback and local insight to identify where further support or intervention is needed.
-
Provide concise updates to the People and Change Transformation Lead, programme teams and business sponsors.
-
Connect change activity to business outcomes, including adoption, productivity, quality, consistency, margin and colleague experience.
Champion responsible and sustainable change
-
Promote safe, responsible and compliant use of AI and technology-enabled solutions.
-
Help teams understand the practical guardrails that apply to new tools, systems and ways of working.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
Essential experience
-
Experience working in or close to an SRTA business area (M&A, RFR, FFC)

-
Strong ability to turn plans into practical activity that works for busy business teams.
-
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and facilitation skills, including confidence with senior leaders.
-
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex change simple and actionable.
