PAY RATE: £15.39 per hour

Customer Service:
- Interact with visitors and clients, providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service.
- Perform regular site patrols, monitor and control unauthorised access, and manage emergencies as per site policies.
Communication:
- Work closely with the ABM Duty management team, ensuring that incidents are reported and managed efficiently.
Record Keeping:
- Log incidents, emergencies, and non-conformances accurately.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with Environmental Services and other teams to provide unified service.
Required Skills and Experience
Licensing:
- Must hold an SIA License (Door supervisor's license minimum)
- A CCTV license is desirable.
