We are looking for a reliable and practical CNC Operator to join our team and help fulfil daily orders using our CNC machinery.
This is a hands-on, production-focused role suited to someone with factory or workshop experience who is comfortable working with machines and maintaining consistent output.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to produce wood products to order
- Load materials and run pre-set programs
- Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Sanding, finishing, and preparing products for dispatch (if required)
- Packing and assisting with general workshop duties
Requirements
- Experience operating CNC machinery (woodworking preferred but not essential)
- Background in a factory, manufacturing, or workshop environment
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of tools and machinery
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with CNC programming or CAM software
- Previous work with wood products
