360 Excavator Driver Required
Location: Enfield N21
Pay Rate: £24.00 per hour
Hours: 9.5 hours paid per day
Duration: Ongoing work
Machine: 14-ton Volvo excavator with rubber tracks
We are currently looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver for an ongoing construction project.
The successful candidate must be highly competent operating a 360 excavator and have proven experience excavating safely around live and existing services.
Duties
- Operating a 14-ton Volvo 360 excavator with rubber tracks
- Excavating around existing underground services
- Carrying out accurate and controlled digging
- Trenching, grading and general excavation works
- Working closely with groundworkers and site management
- Following service drawings, CAT scan information and site instructions
- Maintaining high health and safety standards at all times
- Carrying out daily machine checks
Requirements
- Valid CPCS
- Previous experience operating similar-sized excavators
- Strong experience excavating around services is essential
- Good understanding of underground service safety
- Ability to work accurately and confidently in restricted areas
- Reliable and able to commit to ongoing work
- Full PPE
